Lori Heger, MHS Dance Squad coach is using GoogleDocs for her Judges to judge dance tryouts. GoogleDocs allows everyone to edit a document live, and the document can be shared with multiple users. She has set up a template for each Judge with a spreadsheet to judge four dancers at a time on each spreadsheet. Lori has done this for three years, but each year tweaks it a little bit more! Her daughter, Cori Heger, a teacher at MMS, can view all of the judges entries from a computer in the back room, and has results immediately. The template automatically tallies each line item so that by the end of the try-outs, they know exactly what the scores were! This is just one of many many ways GoogleDocs is being used in USD 266!
